Guided Meditation to Calm Stress, Fear and Anxiety

Are you looking for a quick guided meditation to soothe your worries today? This free meditation is only 10 minutes long and I’ve created it to calm stress, fear and anxiety.

When I record my guided meditations I always begin with a little bit of breath work, some light energy healing and then we journey together in a creative visualization process. Here, I draw upon the natural elements of the Universal energies around you to rejuvenate and revitalize your soul.

I hope you enjoy! And yes, you will be hearing my meditation voice! You will notice it’s a little bit softer and slightly more monotone voice to help bring your mind, body and soul into a deep state of relaxation and peace.
