How to Start the Day Right

Some days it’s hard to get out of bed. And some days, we find ourselves crying for no reason. We are forgetting how great life really is. But it doesn’t have to be that way. And it’s your choice to want to see things better.

You have the power, the control, the ability to see through this.

Here is a quick 5 step routine to help start the day right!

1. Drink a huge glass of water, or a warm tea with ginger and lemon

While we sleep our body detoxes and is dehydrated from repairing our system. Therefore, we need to replenish and nurture our mind and body upon waking. Sometimes, we also have traveled places in our dreams and need to clear our mind and energy.

2. List 3 things you are grateful for

Acknowledging gratitude attracts more gratitude.
By starting the day with an open heart you are raising your vibration higher. This will generate positive feelings and thoughts that can be carried through the day.

3. Meditate

Spend 10-15 minutes meditating every morning to help cleanse your mind for the day. It reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.

4. Nourish your body with a Healthy Breakfast

It’s important to start your day off right by fueling your body with the necessary requirements. A well-balanced vegan meal is a great way to start! Choose fruits, nuts, and seeds that are high in nutrients, protein, and antioxidants.

5. Exercise

Your exercise could be some simple yoga poses or a pleasant walk around the street. The purpose of morning exercise is to feel the fresh air and to move energy through your body. It’s also good to see new surroundings and connect with nature on your walk if possible.
